Administrative & Executive Assistant – KoRo France Paris (m/f/d)

Your tasks
As part of the launch of our new subsidiary in France, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Executive Assistant.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the setup and structuring of our French operations, while working closely with the France/Belgium Director and our global teams.

Your responsibilities:
✔ Manage the overall administration of the French subsidiary (documents, providers, local authorities)
✔ Support the setup and follow-up of all subsidiary activities (organization, processes, coordination)
✔ Monitor budgets and contribute to reporting
✔ Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment of practices and procedures
✔ Oversee local office management (supplies, logistics, workplace environment, service providers, facilities, car leasing)
✔ Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and strategic files related to France / Belgium
Your profile
  • Proven experience in administrative and/or executive assistance
  • Excellent command of French & English (German is a plus)
  • You are located in Paris or in the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
  • You are looking for a part-time position 
  • Strong rigor, organization, and ability to prioritize
  • Discretion, autonomy, and reliability
  • Mastery of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)
  • Comfortable in an international and fast-evolving environment (subsidiary setup phase)
