You have a strong design portfolio as well as extensive experience in creating visually compelling materials that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement? And you are looking for an exciting challenge? Then you've come to the right place! As a Marketing Designer (m/f/d) at KoRo you will collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop assets that support our campaigns, enhance our brand presence and elevate our customer experience. In a nutshell: you will bring the brand to life! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design & Development: Ideate and design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, newsletter templates, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and various stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support overall marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Advertisement: Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message and increase conversions.
- Data-Driven Design: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.
