You have a strong design portfolio as well as extensive experience in creating visually compelling materials that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement? As a (Junior) Marketing Designer (m/f/d) at KoRo you will collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop assets that support our campaigns, enhance our brand presence and elevate our customer experience. In a nutshell: you will bring the brand to life! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design & Development: Ideate and design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, newsletter templates, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and various stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support overall marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Advertisement: Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message and increase conversions.
- Data-Driven Design: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.
