Your tasks
Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your insights directly influence company growth? At KoRo, we're seeking a Strategy & Insights Manager to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy: Identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities within KoRo’s online business (new product categories, target groups, partnerships, geographies) and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, customer behaviors, competitor benchmarking, and internal performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • E-Commerce Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of KoRo’s online business across all key markets (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, retention rates) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer & Consumer Insights: Design, execute, and analyze consumer research studies (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to better understand customer needs, satisfaction, brand perception, and product preferences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Retail, Marketing, and International teams to integrate consumer and brand insights into new product developments, retail rollouts, campaign planning, and customer experience improvements.
  • Project Management: Lead strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Your profile
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related field; additional high-growth startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Location: Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the position.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced Excel / SQL skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
