Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your insights directly influence company growth? At KoRo, we're seeking a Strategy & Insights Manager to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:
- E-Commerce Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of KoRo’s online business across all key markets (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, retention rates) to identify growth opportunities.
- Strategy: Identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities within KoRo’s online business (new product categories, target groups, partnerships, geographies) and develop actionable recommendations.
- Customer & Consumer Insights: Design, execute, and analyze consumer research studies (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to better understand customer needs, satisfaction, brand perception, and product preferences.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, customer behaviors, competitor benchmarking, and internal performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Retail, Marketing, and International teams to integrate consumer and brand insights into new product developments, retail rollouts, campaign planning, and customer experience improvements.
- Project Management: Lead strategic projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
