As a customer care representative in our friendly customer care team, you will make sure that our customers are always helped as best as possible and treated in the nicest way. If solving problems and interacting with people are among your strongest skills, you might have stumbled upon the perfect job for you! Your responsibilities will also include:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries: Ensure quick and friendly replies to emails and phone calls.
- Process replacement orders/refunds: Address customer issues by handling replacement orders or refunds.
- Check reviews on different channels: Regularly monitor and analyze customer reviews.
- Communicate with the warehouse: Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries.
