Your possible fields of activity:- Development of conceptual tasks and strategic issues for the realisation of sustainable processes and structures.
- Analysis and development of new business models and lead of independent projects from start to finish.
- Support in the acquisition and maintenance of customers and trade partners, as well as in the planning, implementation and development of sales campaigns.
- Structuring and coordinating brand awareness projects with the aim of developing new target groups.
- Collaboration with various departments (Sales, Sponsorship, Business, and Venture Development) to improve internal workflows.
- Helping our teams at the weekly markets, the KoRo Café or at events (max. 2 days/month) to gain even more versatile insights into our different business areas.

KoRo now employs around 300 people and sells its products both in the company's own online store at www.korodrogerie.de and at other retailers, both physical and online.
