Your tasks

• Ensuring successful technical implementation and end-to-end testing of integrations with the CRM system
• Engage with third-parties to implement, test, maintain and manage the integrations that improve our multi-channel CRM capabilities and help advance our CRM marketing strategy
• Taking full responsibility for planning, creating, optimizing, monitoring, and scaling email marketing campaigns as well as analyzing campaign metrics based on ROAS
• Creating email automation campaigns based on e-commerce dynamics
• Close collaboration with the Marketing and Design, Data Science and Performance Marketing departments
• Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion

Your profile

• You have 2-4 years of CRM experience
• Excellent command of English (C1)
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or are willing to move to Berlin for your new job
• Knowledge of marketing automation software (Braze, ActiveCampaign or similar)
• Excellent technical CRM skills and experience in working with advanced multi-channel solutions with practical knowledge of CRM tools, workflows and data structure
• Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals (GDPR compliance, cohort creation, A/B split testing, reporting structure)
• Preferably e-commerce (B2C) background
• An affinity for data-driven decision-making and a practical and goal-oriented mentality are a must-have
