Key Account Manager – BELUX (m/f/x)

What You Will Do

As Key Account Manager (m/f/d) BELUX, you take full ownership for the commercial growth in the region. Operating with high autonomy and commercial sharpness, your role is to structurally scale commercial activities and key accounts, while ensuring sustainable and solid foundations in the market.

Your tasks:

  • Revenue & Growth: Drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors, enhancing market share and volume.

  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute channel strategy at both a strategic and operational level to further presence across all accounts (including annual terms, promotional calendars, range reviews, and shelf placement).

  • P&L: Manage the commercial BELUX P&L (revenue, trade, margins, payment terms)

  • Field Activation: Define the in-store activation strategy and rigorously manage third-party field agencies to execute high-impact store operations (detention, activations).

  • Market Intelligence & Cross-functional Coordination: Monitor Belgian market and trends while closely collaborating with internal teams on supply chain, finance, marketing, trade.

What You Bring

  • You have 5–8 years of experience in FMCG, with clear exposure to the Belgian market and proven experience across both account management and trade marketing
  • You are a commercially driven market expert who knows the BELUX food retail network inside out and that you can activate on day one.
  • You are a talented negotiator with proven success, and have built or contributed to a pricing or tariff structure before, understanding channel economics and margin waterfall logic
  • You’re eager to let your entrepreneurial side thrive in an autonomous structure and make an impact, moving easily from contract negotiation to hands-on field steering.
  • You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch to seamlessly interface with our French team and local Belgian buyers
  • You are based in Berlin with the flexibility for regular travel across BELUX accounts and to Paris for team alignment
