Your tasks

We are looking for a visionary, hands-on creative leader who injects creative excellence, cultural relevance, and substance into everything we do online. In close alignment with our leadership, you will translate KoRo’s overarching brand strategy into thumb-stopping social content and build a true brand universe across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond. Leading and mentoring our social media team, you will transform KoRo from a brand that "does social" into “drives culture”.
Your responsibilities will be:
  • Strategic Alignment & Creative Execution: You partner closely with our Head of Brand DACH to align on the macro brand strategy. Your job is to take this vision, challenge it with your creative expertise, and translate it into a spectacular social media strategy with concrete content streams and corresponding creative executions.
  • Team Leadership & Empowerment: You lead, guide, and mentor our social media team. You create an environment where ownership, rapid execution, and bold ideas thrive within our strategic framework.
  • Data-Driven Creativity: You don’t just create for the sake of art. You are obsessed with social KPIs and deeply understand how to analyze views, retention rates, virality, and share of voice. You use these metrics as fuel to constantly optimize our formats and scale what works.
  • Plattform-Native Storytelling: You develop distinct creative executions for each channel—connecting our core pillars with entertaining, aesthetic, and highly shareable formats.
  • Cultural Relevance & Agile Production: You are plugged into popular culture and internet trends. You translate these insights into authentic brand moments, supervise video productions, and ensure content is produced with both quality and speed.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Creative, Social Media Lead, or Concept Developer in a fast-paced digital agency, creative studio, or modern consumer brand.
  • An outstanding portfolio/showreel that proves your conceptual, visual, and linguistic expertise, packed with "social-first" highlights and successful video campaigns.
  • A collaborative growth mindset: You have plenty of drive and your own strong ideas, but you excel at working closely with senior leadership to bring a shared brand vision to life without losing friction.
  • Deep platform fluency & aesthetics: You have an immaculate eye for imagery, zeitgeist, and video editing. 
  • Proven track record of driving growth through data: You have strong analytical instincts and know how to read social platforms' backend data inside out. You can clearly demonstrate how your past creative executions directly drove brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
  • Language skills: Good English and fluent German skills.
  • Location: Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the role.
