- Support the day-to-day operations of our Italian Retail business by coordinating order processing, sample shipments, and stock monitoring.
- Act as a point of contact for logistics-related topics and help ensure smooth collaboration with our partners.
- Maintain and update product information and listings in Notion.
- Monitor sensitive SKUs and proactively communicate out-of-stock situations to retailer logistics teams.
- Collaborate closely with teams across KoRo, including Finance, Operations, Quality Management, Data Management, and Product.
- Support the creation of presentations, sales materials, competitive analyses, and sales-related documentation.
- Assist with sales order management and help drive operational excellence within the Retail business.
