What You Will Do

Ready to help shape the future of Food Retail in Italy? Do you live in Berlin, speak fluent Italian and English, and want hands-on Sales experience while helping grow one of KoRo’s most exciting markets? At KoRo, we’re transforming the way consumers buy high-quality food products, snacks, and everyday essentials. After building a strong online presence, we’re now expanding our Retail business in Italy and are looking for a motivated Working Student to join us. You’ll gain valuable FMCG and Retail insights, work with experienced teams, and take ownership from day one. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and excited to bring KoRo products to Italian shelves, we’d love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our Italian Retail business by coordinating order processing, sample shipments, and stock monitoring.
  • Act as a point of contact for logistics-related topics and help ensure smooth collaboration with our partners.
  • Maintain and update product information and listings in Notion.
  • Monitor sensitive SKUs and proactively communicate out-of-stock situations to retailer logistics teams.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across KoRo, including Finance, Operations, Quality Management, Data Management, and Product.
  • Support the creation of presentations, sales materials, competitive analyses, and sales-related documentation.
  • Assist with sales order management and help drive operational excellence within the Retail business.

What You Bring

  • You are currently studying at a Berlin-based university and are available to work as a Working Student.
  • You speak fluent Italian and English and feel confident communicating in both languages.
  • You are based in Berlin or open to relocating.
  • You are passionate about Sales, Retail, FMCG, or business topics and excited to learn through hands-on experience.
  • You thrive in an international environment and enjoy collaborating with teams across different functions.
  • You are a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, spots opportunities, and enjoys turning challenges into solutions.

Working student salary: 15.00 € per hour during Bachelor's studies / 17.00 € per hour for during Master's studies or with completed vocational training.
