Your tasks

As our Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the French & Belgium Sales team, ensuring smooth retail operations and acting as the link between client accounts and internal teams.

You bring structure, take ownership, and have a strong eye for detail — whether it’s managing orders, coordinating stakeholders, or improving operational processes.

What you’ll actually do:

Account Management & Commercial Execution
  • Ensure the implementation and follow-up of commercial agreements
  • Manage invoicing and financial tracking of client accounts
  • Coordinate the operational execution of commercial plans, promotions, and retailer requirements
  • Maintain and update client databases and assortment files
  • Respond to client requests in close collaboration with internal teams

Data & Tools Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate product and client master data across systems
  • Manage retailer article information and platform access
  • Identify and support process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain pricing matrices and sales reporting files
  • Monitor commercial KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels
  • Support budget tracking and reporting processes

Your profile

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, account coordination, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, international or consumer-facing environment
  • You hold a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • You have a good understanding of commercial processes such as order management, invoicing, customer service workflows, and KPI tracking
  • You are comfortable working with data and systems (e.g. CRM tools, databases, or ERP systems) and enjoy maintaining structure and data quality
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, or Customer Service teams
  • You are proactive, hands-on, and motivated by improving processes and customer experience
  • You speak fluent French and English
  • You are based in France, ideally in or near Paris
