Your tasks

At KoRo, we’re looking for a hands-on Packaging Designer / Artworker (m/f/d) to join our creative team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design – from developing packaging concepts to ensuring flawless print execution. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in bringing our products to life visually. Your Responsibilities

Bring our products to life by creating new packaging designs and adapting existing ones within our design system
Retouch product photography and prepare clean, print-ready files (incl. Flexo printing)
Create high-quality digital packshots for use across our channels
Identify and solve printing or production issues together with internal and external partners
Ensure consistency and high quality across all packaging assets

Your profile

You have at least 3+ year of experience in packaging design or a similar role.
You’re confident working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and have strong skills in retouching and artwork production (experience with AI workflows is a plus).
You understand printing techniques and how to achieve the best results for raster and vector graphics in challenging cases like Flexo.
You have a strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency.
Your personal design workflow is advanced and efficient. You take ownership of your work, and approach challenges proactively and solution-oriented.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
