You are an organizational talent, love the start-up reality, and are interested in the world of Logistics?
We are looking for a dedicated Working Student to support our Logistics team in their daily business and ensure smooth outbound operations from our current warehouse. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational fluidity, directly impacting our customer satisfaction and bottom line.
Operational Monitoring: You conduct daily health-checks on outbound logistics to ensure parcels are moving on schedule.
Issue Resolution: You investigate and troubleshoot delays or delivery failures, liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders before the customer experience is negatively impacted.
Data Quality Improvement: You collaborate with Data Analysts to refine automated reporting tools, translating "on-the-ground" logistics hurdles into technical data requirements.
Financial Auditing: You own the monthly invoice control process, ensuring billing accuracy across all global carriers and software providers.
Process Contribution: Contribute ideas and support improvements in operational and logistics processes to increase efficiency.
