We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) for Sweden to join us part-time (25-30 hrs/week) on a fixed-term contract of 6 months. In this role, you will take full ownership of growing and scaling our influencer and partnership program in Sweden – from identifying the right creators and negotiating collaborations to continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with Swedish influencers and partners while bringing valuable market insights to the wider marketing team. - Independently manage and scale the influencer and partnership program for the Swedish market.
- Plan, negotiate, and optimize influencer partnerships with a strong focus on performance and RoAS.
- Provide Sweden-specific nuance to our social media and advertising team.
- Support content creation when needed (e.g., social media copy or campaign messaging).
- Identify additional local partnerships and on-the-ground marketing opportunities in Sweden.
