Your tasks
As the Head of Brand DACH (m/f/d) for our core region, you will lead the charge in making KoRo a household name, ensuring that our core brand message – everyday feel-good deliciousness – is heard loud and clear across all channels.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team covering Events & Brand Activations, Brand Partnerships, Social Media, and PR. You will be the "internal North Star" and the go-to person for everyone in the company regarding our DACH Brand strategy. Your goal? To make KoRo the most talked-about food brand in the DACH region through Word of Mouth and viral activations.
What you will do:- Brand Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute an omni-channel brand strategy that aligns with our commercial goals. You’ll ensure KoRo stays "top of mind" for snackers from Berlin to Vienna to Zurich.
- Team: Lead and mentor the teams responsible for Social Media, PR, Events, and Brand Activation. You’ll ensure these functions aren't just "doing tasks" but are creating movements.
- Word of Mouth & Hype: You are responsible for creating "talkability." Whether it’s a viral social campaign or a massive offline activation, you focus on making people talk about KoRo.
- Full P&L Ownership: You aren't afraid of the spreadsheet. You will manage the brand budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI, ensuring our "bold ideas" actually make business sense.
- Omni-channel Leadership: You’ll bridge the gap between our online presence and the physical shelf, ensuring a seamless brand experience regardless of where the customer meets us.
- Internal Evangelist: You are the primary point of contact for any departments, ensuring that the DACH Brand strategy is integrated into every corner of the business.
