As Brand & Creative Strategist (m/f/d) at KoRo, you will be the central architect of KoRo’s communication and content strategy, defining, protecting, and activating the brand across all channels – from D2C e-commerce to major retail grocery shelves (like Edeka, dm etc.). Your key responsibilities will include:
Brand & Positioning Strategy (40%)
- Brand Narrative Development: Own and develop the core brand story, messaging hierarchy, and tone of voice, ensuring it clearly differentiates KoRo in the competitive European food and snack market.
- Market & Audience Insight: Conduct deep-dive research into cultural trends, competitive brand activity (in-store and online), and consumer motivations to unearth actionable strategic insights that inform all creative output.
- Value Translation: Develop strategic frameworks to articulate how KoRo’s values (accessibility, sustainability, well-being) are communicated visually and verbally across D2C and retail environments.
- Brand Health Tracking: Partner with the Brand Manager to define and monitor key brand health metrics and derive insights to ensure creative strategies drive long-term value.
Omnichannel Creative Leadership (40%)
- Creative Briefing Excellence: Author and lead top-tier Creative Briefs for major campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content pillars, giving Creative and Content teams a clear, inspiring, data-backed roadmap.
- Experiential Strategy: Define the creative vision for all physical brand touchpoints, including POS materials, in-store displays, packaging updates, and brand activations — ensuring alignment with digital experiences.
- Content Pillars: Conceptualize and manage the execution of content strategies for website, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring platform-native yet consistent creative concepts.
- Scripting & Concepting: Drive high-level creative concepts and develop strategic scripts/copy lines to showcase KoRo’s products and trading model in persuasive, engaging formats.
Cross-Functional Strategic Alignment (20%)
- Strategic Governance: Serve as the brand’s voice and strategic gatekeeper in cross-functional meetings with Product Development, Performance Marketing, and Retail Sales.
- Creative Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Data & Growth teams to analyze why creative narratives or visual styles succeed or fail, translating insights into future recommendations.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Articulate complex creative strategies and data-backed rationale to executive and cross-functional leadership to secure buy-in.
