As Team Lead SEO and GEO (m/f/d) at KoRo, you will define and lead our international search strategy across 13 countries, ensuring our brand stands out both in traditional search engines and within the emerging world of Generative AI. Together with your team, you will drive growth, visibility, and technical excellence across all digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- International SEO Strategy: Develop and lead the global SEO roadmap across all country domains and subdomains, ensuring optimal localization, correct hreflang and canonical setups, and strong market-specific performance.
- Localization & Market Focus: Collaborate closely with content, translation, and marketing teams to adapt strategies to each market and create regionally relevant, search-intent-driven content.
- Technical SEO Excellence: Conduct technical audits, optimize crawl budgets, monitor Core Web Vitals, and ensure site performance meets the highest international standards.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Pioneer innovative approaches to make KoRo’s content visible and cited in AI-generated results (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity), adapting to the evolving landscape of zero-click search.
- Data & Performance Excellence: Own and evolve KoRo’s SEO dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Use data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide strategy across all markets — leveraging tools such as GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Cross-Platform Coordination: Align web SEO strategies with App Store Optimization (ASO) for app markets, ensuring visibility across all user touchpoints.
- Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented SEO team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across all international markets.
