- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for growth on existing and new marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, etc.).
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Drive and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on marketplaces to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels on marketplaces.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Address and resolve any logistics-related issues that may impact marketplace performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account representatives.
- Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
