(Senior) Growth Marketplaces Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
As a Growth Marketplaces Manager, you’ll drive our online revenue by optimizing performance across key marketplaces. This role combines strategic thinking, e-commerce know-how, and data-driven decision-making to boost sales, enhance product visibility, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Your impact will be measured through KPIs like revenue growth, conversion rates, and inventory efficiency.

Marketplace Strategy and Optimization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for growth on existing and new marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Sales and Revenue Generation
  • Drive and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on marketplaces to maximize ROI.
Inventory and Logistics Management
  • Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels on marketplaces.
  • Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Address and resolve any logistics-related issues that may impact marketplace performance.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account representatives.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience – in e-commerce, specifically with online marketplaces.
  • You have excellent English skills – both spoken and written, Italian & French skills are a plus.
  • You live in Berlin or in the surrounding area
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • You have an excellent understanding of SEO and SEM principles within a marketplace context.
  • You have proficiency in marketplace analytics tools and platforms.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
