Your tasks
As a Food Developer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping and expanding KoRo’s diverse product portfolio – from initial concept to market launch. This role brings together creativity in ideas, food formulation and food processing, blending it with a strong sense of market trends and delivered through a structured project execution. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll have the opportunity to drive innovation and make a tangible impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify trends, market opportunities, and gaps in the existing assortment to propose new product concepts.
- Develop and implement product ideas in line with KoRo’s overall product strategy and brand vision.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process: briefing, sampling, internal coordination, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Management, Legal, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep up with innovations in the food industry, including new technologies, ingredients, and consumer trends.
