Your tasks

You are an organizational talent, love the start-up reality, and are interested in the world of Operations and Supply Chain? Then this internship in the very heart of Berlin is just the right thing for you.
What you can expect is a holistic view of all topics in the areas of operations, process optimization and supply chain with the opportunity to take responsibility early on and actively help shape the processes and structures.

  • You support the management of our inventory, including monitoring stock levels and taking care of reorders in coordination with the team.

  • You track deliveries and incoming goods, and coordinate with our warehouse to ensure timely and accurate handling.

  • Invoice reconciliations and purchase price adjustments are also part of your job.

  • You maintain a close relationship with our suppliers and with the warehouse.

  • You will also work closely with the Purchasing, Quality Management, Finance and Processes teams.

  • Contribute ideas and support improvements in operational and supply chain processes.

Your profile
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (student status is required)

  • You are available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week

  • Operations and process optimization interest and thrill you- first experiences in this area are an advantage.

  • You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate.

  • Very good command of English - German is a plus!

  • MS-Office and Excel or Google Sheets bear no secrets for you.

  • Skills in SQL  are advantageous. 

  • You are a real team player and a reliable worker able to deal well with pressure.

  • Commitment and openness, strategic thinking, and willingness to learn are among your core strengths.
