Das Product & Sourcing Department ist eines der Herzstücke von KoRo! Die Position des Sourcing Manager/ Buyer (m/w/d) - Nuts & Fruits bei KoRo bietet Dir, als ambitionierter Einkaufsspezialist, eine spannende Möglichkeit, Deine Fähigkeiten in einem schnell wachsenden und dynamischen Unternehmen einzubringen. In dieser Position unterstützt Du bei der Beschaffung von Rohwaren und sorgst dafür, dass diese in höchster Qualität und zu wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen geliefert werden. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören außerdem:

  • Operative Verantwortung für einen festgelegten Lieferanten- & Sortimentsbereich.
  • Weltweiter Rohwareneinkauf von Früchten &  Nüssen sowie Sicherstellung der Bedarfe.
  • Auswahl und Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten, Produkte & Qualitäten.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Vertrags- & Preisverhandlungen.
  • Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Kostensenkungspotenzialen entlang der Supply Chain.
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Tools zur laufenden Verbesserung der Einkaufsprozesse.
  • Regelmäßige Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Sortimentsanalysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Handel/FMCG Sektor, idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen im weltweiten Rohwareneinkauf.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung.
  • Du lebst in Berlin oder Umgebung und bist gern vor Ort in unserem Headquarter in Schöneberg.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus..
  • Du verfügst über eine strategische und datengetriebene Denkweise und Deine Entscheidungen basieren auf gründlichen Analysen.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Struktur und Organisation aus, die es Dir ermöglicht, komplexe Aufgaben und Projekte verantwortungsbewusst zu managen.
  • Deine Hands-on Mentalität und Dein Durchsetzungsvermögen zählen zu Deinen persönlichen Stärken.

Your tasks
The Product & Sourcing Department is one of the core pillars of KoRo! The position of Sourcing Manager/Buyer (m/f/d) – Nuts & Fruits offers you, as an ambitious procurement specialist, an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills in a fast-growing and dynamic company. In this role, you will support the procurement of raw materials and ensure their delivery in the highest quality and at competitive prices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational responsibility for a defined supplier and product assortment.
  • Global procurement of raw nuts and fruits, ensuring supply needs are met.
  • Selection and qualification of new suppliers, products, and qualities.
  • Independent negotiation of contracts and prices.
  • Identification and implementation of cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Optimization of processes and tools to continuously improve purchasing operations.
  • Regular market, competitor, and assortment analyses with derivation of actionable recommendations.
Your profile
  • You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in retail/FMCG, ideally with some experience in global raw material sourcing.
  • You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field, or have completed equivalent vocational training.
  • You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and enjoy working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
  • You have excellent English skills; German is a plus.
  • You possess a strategic and data-driven mindset, and your decisions are based on thorough analysis.
  • You are highly structured and organized in your work, enabling you to manage complex tasks and projects responsibly.
  • A hands-on mentality and strong assertiveness are among your personal strengths.
  • Last but not least: You’re a true team player with strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships.
