(Junior) Country Manager Spain (m/f/d) – Maternity Leave Cover

Your tasks
Are you passionate about social media, communication, and building authentic communities? We're looking for a creative and organized team member to join us part-time as a maternity leave cover, ideally from July 2025 to June 2026. As our Country Manager (m/f/d) for the Spanish market, you’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, managing relationships, and creating engaging experiences for our community. Your tasks will include:

Influencer Management
  • Build new and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers to promote the brand, coordinate collaborations, and track performance (KPIs) to ensure successful campaigns.
Community Management
  • Engage with the brand’s audience across social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and post content regularly. You will adapt and translate the visuals provided by our Social Media team in a way that resonates with our Spanish audience.
Offline and Online Activations
  • Plan and execute brand events and campaigns - both virtual and in-person - that drive engagement, raise brand awareness, and connect with the target audience (i.e., attend fairs and events, prepare flyers, communicate with brands, etc.)
Newsletter
  • Assist in translating culture-relevant newsletters to keep the community informed about news, events, and promotions.
Translation Checks
  • Review and verify translated content to ensure it aligns with KoRo’s tone of voice, is free of errors, and culturally appropriate for the target audience.
Your profile
  • You have a degree in a relevant field such as Cultural Studies, Marketing, or International Management – or bring equivalent practical experience.
  • Ideally, you have gathered up to two years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Your current location is Spain (preferably Barcelona or Madrid)
  • You are fluent in Spanish and have very good English skills; basic knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • You have already worked with influencers and understand how to measure the success of campaigns using KPIs.
  • Canva, Instagram, and Excel are tools you're comfortable using in your daily work.
  • Experience in planning events or participating in trade fairs is a definite advantage.
  • You approach your work in a structured and reliable way and stay organized even when things get busy.
  • Taking initiative, working independently, and communicating clearly are part of your professional DNA.
  • You adapt quickly to new topics and tasks and enjoy learning as you go.

Tus responsabilidades
¿Te apasionan las redes sociales, la comunicación y la creación de comunidades auténticas? Buscamos a una persona creativa y organizada para unirse a nuestro equipo a tiempo parcial para cubrir una baja por maternidad, idealmente desde julio de 2025 hasta junio de 2026. Como Country Manager (m/f/d) para el mercado español, desempeñarás un papel clave en el crecimiento de la marca, la gestión de colaboraciones y la creación de experiencias atractivas para nuestra comunidad. Entre tus tareas se incluyen:

Gestión de influencers
  • Buscar nuevos patrocinadores y cuidar colaboraciones actuales con influencers para promocionar la marca, coordinar campañas y realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento (KPIs) para asegurar su éxito.
Community Management
  • Interactuar con la audiencia de la marca en las distintas redes sociales, responder a comentarios y mensajes, y publicar contenido de forma regular. Adaptar y traducir los contenidos visuales proporcionados por nuestro equipo de redes sociales para que conecten con el público español.
Activaciones online y presenciales
  • Planificar y ejecutar eventos y campañas de marca —tanto virtuales como presenciales— que fomenten la participación, aumenten la notoriedad de marca y conecten con el público objetivo (por ejemplo, asistir a ferias y eventos, preparar folletos, comunicarse con otras marcas, etc.).
Newsletter
  • Colaborar en la traducción de boletines relevantes en el país para mantener a la comunidad informada sobre novedades, eventos y promociones.
Revisión de traducciones
  • Revisar y verificar contenidos traducidos para asegurar que estén alineados con el tono de voz de KoRo, sean correctos y culturalmente adecuados para el público objetivo.
Tu perfil
  • Tienes una titulación relacionada con Estudios Culturales, Marketing o Dirección Internacional, o bien cuentas con experiencia práctica equivalente.
  • Idealmente, cuentas con hasta dos años de experiencia profesional en un puesto similar.
  • Resides actualmente en España (preferiblemente en Barcelona o Madrid).
  • Eres nativo/a de español y tienes un muy buen nivel de inglés; tener conocimientos básicos de alemán es una ventaja pero no es imprescindible.
  • Has trabajado anteriormente con influencers y sabes cómo medir el éxito de las campañas mediante KPIs.
  • Te sientes cómodo/a utilizando herramientas como Canva, Instagram y Excel en tu trabajo diario.
  • Es un plus si tienes experiencia organizando eventos o participando en ferias comerciales.
  • Eres una persona estructurada y responsable y sabes mantener el orden incluso en momentos de alta carga laboral.
  • La iniciativa propia, el trabajo autónomo y la comunicación clara forman parte de tu ADN profesional.
  • Te adaptas rápidamente a nuevos temas y tareas, y disfrutas aprendiendo sobre la marcha.
