Are you passionate about forecasting, data analysis, and shaping the future of demand planning in the fast-paced FMCG sector? Then KoRo is the perfect place for you! As a Senior Demand Planner (m/f/d), you will take ownership of our dynamic multi-channel demand planning process, driving data-driven decisions and ensuring our exciting product range reaches customers at the right time and place.
- Ownership of the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all sales channels (B2C e-commerce and B2B retail, including grocery and drugstore chains)
- Consolidation and analysis of sell-in and sell-out data from online and offline channels to create accurate, data-driven demand forecasts
- Alignment of forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal inventory and service levels
- Monitoring of forecast accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting models and processes
- Development and implementation of demand planning strategies to support product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal peaks
- Creation of detailed forecast reports and scenario analyses to support business decisions
- Close collaboration with key retail customers to understand demand trends and align replenishment strategies
