Your tasks:
Development and Execution of Commercial Strategies
Develop a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams.
Support product launches and effective go-to-market strategies.
Pricing Strategy and Execution
Develop and maintain pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance and Product teams.
Dynamically adjust pricing based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer data.
Merchandising and Product Strategy
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to optimize product assortments, promotions, and bundling strategies.
Analyze sales data to refine merchandising decisions and enhance channel effectiveness.
Cross-Channel Strategy
Align Sales and Marketing efforts across all channels (online, offline, marketplaces).
Evaluate and optimize cross-channel strategies to maximize ROI.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with Finance to evaluate the financial impact of strategies and recommend enhancements.
Market Research and Customer Insights
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Implement feedback loops to continuously refine strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs.
