- Social Media Management: Take full ownership of KoRo's social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the online community in Italy.
- Content Creation: Plan, produce, and manage the social media calendar, using content from creators and producing original, locally-relevant material, including face/voice-to-camera videos.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong, loyal online community that reflects KoRo’s brand values and voice. Represent KoRo at events and offline activations, acting as a key face for the brand.
- Campaign Development & Co-Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to create, execute, and measure local campaigns.
- Project Management: Support the execution of offline activations in Italy, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics across organic social platforms, providing regular reports to assess content effectiveness and engagement. Use insights to adjust strategies for optimal results.
