As our Social Media and Community Manager (m/f/d) for the Italian market, you’ll manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts, plan editorial calendars, and create engaging content for stories and reels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Social Media Management: Take full ownership of KoRo's social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the online community in Italy. 
  • Content Creation: Plan, produce, and manage the social media calendar, using content from creators and producing original, locally-relevant material, including face/voice-to-camera videos. 
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong, loyal online community that reflects KoRo’s brand values and voice. Represent KoRo at events and offline activations, acting as a key face for the brand. 
  • Campaign Development & Co-Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to create, execute, and measure local campaigns.
  • Project Management: Support the execution of offline activations in Italy, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics across organic social platforms, providing regular reports to assess content effectiveness and engagement. Use insights to adjust strategies for optimal results.
Your profile
  • Ideally, you would be available to start in January or February 2025.
  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but not required - diverse professional backgrounds are welcome!
  • You have up to 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with digital marketing experience being a plus.
  • You are fluent in Italian and have excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Ideally, you are based in Milan and are excited to actively participate in events and activations across northern and central Italy.
  • You are familiar with video editing and graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
  • You have a strong presence and feel confident in front of the camera.
  • You have expert knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • You work independently and meticulously, are resilient, and have a strong sense of team spirit.
  • You are passionate about food trends and aesthetics.

Le tue principali responsabilità includeranno:

  • Gestione dei Social Media: piena responsabilità della presenza sui social media di KoRo su piattaforme come Instagram, TikTok e Facebook. Sviluppando e eseguendo strategie per far crescere e coinvolgere la community online in Italia.
  • Creazione di Contenuti: Pianificazione, produzione e gestione del calendario dei social media, utilizzando i contenuti dei creator e producendo materiale originale e rilevante localmente, inclusi video face to camera.
  • Coinvolgimento della Comunità: Interazione con i follower, risposte alle richieste e costruzione di una comunità online forte e leale che rifletta i valori e la voce del brand KoRo. Rappresenterai KoRo agli eventi e alle attivazioni offline, agendo come un volto chiave del brand.
  • Sviluppo di Campagne e Co-Branding: Collaborazione con il team di marketing per creare, eseguire e misurare campagne locali.
  • Gestione dei Progetti: Supporto all'esecuzione di attivazioni offline in Italia, garantendo una esecuzione del progetto senza intoppi.
  • Analisi e Reportistica: Monitoraggio  dei KPIs attraverso le piattaforme social organiche, fornendo report regolari per valutare l'efficacia del contenuto e l'engagement. Utilizzerai le tue intuizioni per definire le strategie e ottenere risultati ottimali.
Il Tuo Profilo
  • Idealmente, sarai disponibile a partire da Gennaio o Febbraio 2025.
  • Una laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o campo correlato è apprezzata ma non richiesta - sono benvenuti background professionali variegati!
  • Più di 2 anni di esperienza nel Marketing sui Social Media, con esperienza di marketing digitale considerata un plus.
  • Parli fluentemente italiano e hai eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e scrittura in inglese.
  • Idealmente, sei basato a Milano o in Lombardia e sei entusiasta di partecipare attivamente agli eventi e alle attivazioni nel nord e centro Italia.
  • Familiarità con strumenti di editing video e design grafico come Photoshop o Canva.
  • Forte presenza e sicurezza di fronte alla telecamera.
  • Conoscenza esperta delle piattaforme di social media, in particolare Instagram e TikTok.
  • Stile di lavoro indipendente, meticoloso, resilienza e forte spirito di squadra.
  • Passione per le tendenze alimentari.
