Your tasks

Do you have experience in social media marketing and real negotiating skills and do you want to become part of a highly motivated team in a fast-growing startup in the heart of Berlin? Then KoRo is the right place for you! In the role of Junior Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a key position in the Country Management Netherlands & Belgium team. You will set out the social media strategy and expand cooperation opportunities and strengthen relationships with influencers.

Manage our current influencer collaborations and negotiate new partnerships taking into account budgets and long-term strategies
Manage our Instagram and TikTok pages by coordinating and creating different types of content and recipes
Analyzing and reporting on the performance of influencer and other collaboration initiatives
Collaborate with the international marketing team in the long-term co-development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Contribute to KoRo’s brand awareness and PR communication in the Dutch language area
Stay in contact with our customers by creating and sending our weekly newsletter

Your profile

You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment. Additional experience in the food industry is a plus!
Completed studies in Marketing Management or International Business. Other related fields are welcome!
You have excellent Dutch skills and good English skills
You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or are willing to relocate
You are familiar with Dutch and Belgian (food) culture and you have excellent knowledge of the Dutch social media landscape
You have a hands-on and proactive mentality
You are structured and creative and you have great negotiation and communication skills
You are apt at realising collaborations and building successful partnerships
