Are you interested in gaining experience in the areas of sales, social media and influencer marketing and customer service? Then join our amazing team as Intern Country Management Netherlands & Belgium! In this role you will support the Dutch team in the development and coordination of the expansion in the Netherlands:
- You will support us in the daily social media business and influencer management for the Netherlands
- This includes communication with our community via various social media platforms, like answering comments and messages as well as questions about our products and ingredients
- You help to develop a good relationship between us and our influencers
- You will also help to maintain our website, food journal, Instagram stories, etc.
- You plan and create content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- You will contribute to our email marketing campaigns
- You will take care of our customers’ requests via our ticket system as well as issuing and processing returns and complaints when necessary
- You will take care of B2B tickets and requests
