Your tasks

What do Italy and KoRo have in common? - A passion for good food and indulgence. If you want to live "la dolce vita" the KoRo way, actively support us in establishing our diverse product range on the Italian market and also know your way around the social media world, you could soon contribute to multiplying Italy's wonderful cuisine a little bit more:

You will take over different tasks in the areas of marketing, customer service and website optimization to support us in the development and coordination of the expansion in Italy
You will develop your own ideas and possible trends for new projects, especially in the area of social media.
You support us in customer service, process returns and refunds
You will help us with the optimization of our website - checking, revising & updating

In addition, you may also be responsible for the following tasks:

You will design, implement and develop our performance marketing activities, so to say, ads and campaigns in Italy
You will help monitoring and evaluating the SEO key figures and performance, as well as optimize our texts

Your profile

You are available from the 1st or 15th of May 2024 for a 6 month mandatory internship (but less is also possible).
Ongoing studies in marketing, communication, journalism, business, language, etc. are an advantage, but not a must - career changers welcome!
Your heart beats for Italy, you speak and write the language fluently. You have a very good command of English - German Skills are a plus!
You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for the duration of your internship.
Previous experience in social media and customer service are a plus
You have a broad understanding of media (classic as well as online) and keep up to date with their current trends and developments
You are well-versed in social media, especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
You have an eye and sense for aesthetics and are food-savvy.

Your monthly salary: During Bachelors 520,00 € (gross) / During Masters or with completed training 800,00 € (gross)
